1. Are your products licensed?
All of our items including Disney, Loungefly, Marvel, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Chala, Frida Kahlo etc.. are officially licensed in the U.S..
2. Where is LuxeBag located in and shipping area?
Our company and warehouse is located in Southern California, U.S.A. and ship all package from here.
We ship to all of the states in the U.S.. However, International shipping is not available at the moment.
3. What is your shipping policy?
We process all orders within 1 business day after your placing an order. The Standard Shipping(around 3-6 business days) is Free. If you want to receive your order sooner, you can choose Expedited Shipping(2-4 business days) that costs $9.90. Your package is shipped by by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. If your address is not deliverable by USPS or UPS, please leave the message when you check out.
If you package is returned to us because of wrong address, we will issue partial refund after deducting our shipping and return cost.
4. What's the Return/Warranty Policy of your company?
Our return request period is generally 30 days.
We will happily take back any item within 30 days of delivery. However, it must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags in order to qualify as a return. Free return shipping is only for defected or wrong items.

5. What is your privacy policy?
We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.
6. Do you sell in Amazon.com, too?
Yes, we offer a variety of licensed items in Amazon.com, too. If you are more convenient to place an order in Amazon.com, you can do there.
